Oxygen Gas Plant

Keeping in mind the requirement of our clients and their specifications, we started manufacturing and exporting oxygen gas plants equipped with the advanced features. The plants are incorporated with the latest medium pressure technology that helps in producing the plants that are not only economical, but also requires low upkeep and maintenance cost. During the process of oxygen gas generation, our plants take the air from an air compressor and separate the oxygen from other gases. Come up with diffrent capacities ranging from 20 m3/hr to 1000 m3/hr, the oxygen gas plants generate 99.7% pure oxygen and nitrogen as a second product with purity upto 99.99%.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

Our Oxygen Gas Plant Consists Following Equipment

1. Air Compressor :
Filter system with steel structure and supports elements. Dedust system with valve| collecting machine| spray equipment| automatic clean and control system. Send the pressure difference signals to PLC by pressure differential transmitter. Instrument and electric control system.

2. Air purification unit:
Molecular Sieve Battery on skid
Complete with 2 nos. vessels Reactivation heater complete with Molecular Sieve designed for process skid mounting.

Defrost Heater
Consist of heating coils and heating element 5 kW.

Gas/Air Lines as per standard Layout
All pipelines for process air Nitrogen and Oxygen line HP line upto manifold along with short bend elbow socket and other necessary fitting as per our standard layout drawing.

3. Air Precooling Unit:
One condenser
One evaporator / Water cooler
One set of Piping and valves
Instrumentation
Water Separator

4. Air Separation Column (Cold Box):
Cryogenic type completed with support and connected pipes and internal parts including PLATE FIN heat exchangers condensers and rectification columns.

5.Expansion Engine:
The Expansion Engine is based on the latest and international design. It is coupled with the heat exchangers for high degree of cooling and liquefaction of air. The engine makes available with complete with motor/starter, hydraulic valve control, bursting dis for safety, fly wheel, motor pulley, V-belt, belt guard and side rails and thus making it ready for installation.

6. Liquid Oxygen Pump:
The pumps we use are fully automatic and latest. The final output of oxygen passes through the pump for filling gas into cylinders. The cylinder filling is performed through the integrated liquid oxygen pump (Connected to cold box) which is made in a manner to fill in oxygen gas into cylinders at high pressure of 155-200 bar.

7.Oxygen Cylinder Filling System:
The oxygen is filled into cylinders by an oxygen filling SYSTEM (PUMP/BOOSTER) .

8. Filling Manifold Cylinder Filling Station for Filling Oxygen Gas:
Complete with control valves pressure gauge safety valve & pigtail connections points each.

9. Digital automatic purity analyzer.

10. All pipelines instrumentation etc.
